Midweek Dash - 9km
dannewton just finished a 9.27km run, that lasted for 56 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 966.3 calories.
Description from Strava: Back working at home today. I had planned go out twice again like I did on Tuesday... once while on my lunch break, and a second session after work had finished...
...and that was the plan right up until lunchtime.
It had been wet all morning, and when I looked outside at 12:30, it was still chucking it down. Oh well, guess I'll just have to go for a longer run later on, and hope I would finish the session before it got dark.
By 4:30, the rain had finally stopped, which was a relief. I had aimed to run 10km today...and chose the simple (if slightly boring) route along the bypass and back. As it happened I decided to cut the end of slightly so it was only 9km. It was still light as I arrived home, but only just!
That'll do, another run ticked off and all that.
Along with the 12km from Tuesday, that makes 21km so far for the week, and sets me up for a nice long run on Saturday. Its gonna Saturday afternoon I suspect, as it looks like we are due yet another spell of heavy rain Friday night which will linger into Saturday morning
iIm not complaining about the rain... honest!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
