A quick 9km (and a gorgeous sunset!)
dannewton just finished a 9.27km run, that lasted for 61 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 966.3 calories.
Description from Strava: First run of the week... After working hard on the last session, I chose to take it easy on this one.
I chose to head out along the bypass, and I even adjusted the route slightly to avoid the hill. I ran for 30 minutes in one direction, and then turned and ran home, for a nice and comfortable 9km in just under an hour.
Heading back home, the sun was fast disappearing, and I was rewarded with a gorgeous sunset. So beautiful, that I just had to stop and take a picture of it!
I'll head back out on Wednesday, and I think I'll for a longer run then... Guess that depends on how I feel.
I do feel pretty good to be fair, so it's highly likely that I will go longer next time

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
