dannewton just finished a 7.0km walk, that lasted for 78 minutes.
This walk helped dannewton burn 530.0 calories.

Description from Strava: Finished earlier than normal at work, and decided not to bother faffing around with buses and walked home instead. Was a leisurely stroll home as darkness fell, but still made reasonably good time with over 4 miles in an hour and 15 minutes.

You may have noticed I've cut back on running recently, and truth is I've just not been feeling it. Will be aiming to get back on it this week, and rather optimistically planning a run first thing tomorrow before work... but as ever I guess we'll see how that goes!

In other news, I've got my next physio session on Thursday evening... I would like to say that my hip is feeling better, but if I'm honest, the pain has gone purely down to the lack of running. That in itself is a reason to go out for at least 10km and see how it actually feels

But for that to work, I could do with going to sleep at a more suitable time than I have of late (to many 2am bedtimes recently). On that note I best get ready bed!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)

This view in the evening is much better for walking, you get to learn a lot, see a lot of new things, stay interested and complete your walk.
