Monday Run - 11km (mostly easy zone 2)
dannewton just finished a 11.62km run, that lasted for 70 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 867.0 calories.
Description from Strava: First run of the week done, although time was deffo tight today. I'd blame work as i wasnt allowed to finish until 5pm (when I'd usually log ouf at 4pm, but to be honest its mostly my fault for not managing my time correctly!
I'd actually planned to run first thing in the morning, and set my alarm early. When it came around I took the easy, lazy option and just stayed in bed.
That resulted in me struggling with time after work, especially as i needed to go to shops and sort other thing's out. I did work out i had an hour spare to run, and so i made the best of it.
The run itself was an easy and relaxed effort, and ended up being a small loop through the nearby village of Branston. It had rained all day, which relenred by the time of my run, but it was so humid i still got completely soaked anyway! 🤣

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)
