dannewton just finished a 9.25km run, that lasted for 60 minutes.
This run helped dannewton burn 678.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
Well, after the long run on Saturday, and the corresponding really long post, its time for a slightly shorter one today

Joking aside though, that really was an enjoyable run out at the weekend, and 30km is the furthest and longest run I've attempted since the Marathon (and subsequent injury) way back in March. I felt full of energy and really strong, all the way to the end. In fact I would have like to go a little bit further, but common sense prevailed (although only just) and using all my will power I ended the run, while I was still feeling good.

knowing my luck, I would've tried an extra 5km, and probably would've paid the price.

And as I'm still trying hard to be sensible, both the 6km run yesterday:

...and the 9km run today were both kept slow on purpose.

Lots of nice and easy zone 2 plodding, and it feels like I've recovered from that long run.

there was a random twinge in my left knee about halfway through todays session, but I think that is just a random twinge and nothing to particularly worry about!

Anyway, I also have a day off from training tomorrow, but I may decided to walk the 7km home from work (I do like a long-ish walk btw). And with the storms forecast this weekend I might as well make the most of the sunshine tomorrow afternoon.

The scheduled runs on Wednesday and Thursday will most likely be very wet, but I'll be going running anyway, so looks like I'll just get wet lol. I'm not about where the long run will go this weekend, but I already know it won't be as pleasant as my adventure around Whisby!

About the Athlete: Living in the UK, I am an intermittent Runner, but always striving for more consistency. When I'm not training I can be found photographing insects or listening to really loud angry music (which is the best type of music obviously!)

What is the weather like in Multan during the winter?

Wow this is great.

It is nice to always engage in runs most especially the long runs as it helps to keep the body fit and it's a means of exercise
