I took my morning walk to the Owen Rose Garden today. There was a steady medium rain so I was limited in how much I could use my phone to distract myself. I feel like I just end up ruminating when I’m alone with my thoughts, I wish I had some more tractable problems where thinking about them could feel like something useful instead of spinning my wheels and getting more stuck.
