Cuando presenté el proyecto de Hive Run; mi enfoque era atraer a corredores establecidos a Hive. Invitamos alrededor de 100 y ninguno asistió. El incentivo principal era el patrocinio de carreras; sin embargo no fue suficiente. Es probable que si no hubiese existido una semana de por medio, entre la invitación y la actividad, habrían asistido. Seguramente en la euforia del maratón CAF, perdieron el flyer y se olvidaron.

Lo que sí es cierto es que nunca imaginé que desde las mismas entrañas de Hive, recibiríamos el interés y compromiso. Tampoco imaginé que creceríamos tan rápido. Es cierto que debido a la distribución de los hivers en Venezuela, demore más en crecer una comunidad local, pero Hive Run está creciendo con varias localidades.

Hoy estoy sumamente emocionado, porque se realizó la presentación formal en la blockchain. Además de eso con beneficios sorpresa para la mayoría de los miembros y por supuesto para la comunidad en general. Corre a ver la publicación para que te enteres.

También te comparto las fotos de mi último entrenamiento. En el lugar donde las tomé, lo uso para tocar tierra. Me descalzo y me quedo 15 minutos en contacto con la tierra y el césped. Es algo que recomiendo mucho; pronto hablaré de su importancia.

Les dejo mi registro para que no se pierdan detalle, sobretodo el desnivel; sí, entreno en subidas empinadas, desde pequeño me encanta. Saca bastante pierna y resistencia.

When I introduced the Hive Run project; my focus was to attract established runners to Hive. We invited about 100 and none attended. The main incentive was race sponsorship; however, it was not enough. It is likely that if there had not been a week in between, between the invitation and the event, they would have attended. Surely in the euphoria of the CAF marathon, they lost the flyer and forgot about it.

What is certain is that I never imagined that from the very heart of Hive, we would receive the interest and commitment. Nor did I imagine that we would grow so fast. It is true that due to the distribution of hivers in Venezuela, it took longer to grow a local community, but Hive Run is growing with several locations.

Today I am extremely excited, because the formal presentation on the blockchain took place. On top of that with surprise benefits for most of the members and of course for the community in general. Run to see the publication to find out.

I also share with you the pictures of my last training. Where I took them, I use it to touch ground. I go barefoot and stay 15 minutes in contact with the earth and grass. It's something I highly recommend; I'll talk about its importance soon.

I leave you my log so you don't miss any detail, especially the slope; yes, I train on steep climbs, since I was little I love it. It brings out a lot of leg and endurance.
