Another day of running, another day of training and always with the best attitude. Also with the joy of continuing to grow.

This time @josmariyuyi joined the #hiverun team, with lots of encouragement and happy to belong. She has already been awarded her Hive bracelet.

The day was spectacular. A clear sky and a perfect temperature, although we are not used to run with so much sun. For me it's the humidity in Parque del Este that's hard.

My performance is improving and I'm already getting in shape. I am signed up for two upcoming 10K races; one at the end of September and the other on the first of October. This is the most important 10K race in Venezuela, the Caracas Rock, in which 7 people from Hive Run will participate.

I also recommend that you keep an eye on the hashtag #hiverun so you don't miss the training they did in Sucre State, which was incredible. There are also surprises coming.

Let's keep adding kilometers...

Otro día de running, otro día de entrenamiento y siempre con la mejor actitud. También con la alegría de seguir creciendo.

Esta vez se incorporó @josmariyuyi al equipo de #hiverun, con muchos ánimos y feliz de pertenecer. Ya se le otorgó su pulsera de Hive.

El día estuvo espectacular. Un cielo despejado y una temperatura perfecta, aunque poco estamos acostumbrados a correr con tanto sol. A mí lo que me cuesta es la humedad que hay en el Parque del Este.

Mi rendimiento está mejorando y ya me estoy poniendo en forma. Estoy inscrito en dos próximas carreras de 10K; una a finales de septiembre y otra el primero de octubre. Esta es la carrera de 10K más importante de Venezuela, la Caracas Rock, en la que participaremos 7 personas de Hive Run.

También les recomiendo que estén pendientes de la etiqueta #hiverun para que no se pierdan el entrenamiento que hicieron en el Estado Sucre, que fue increíble. Además se vienen sorpresas.

Sigamos sumando kilómetros...
