The coolest jerseys in the NBA in 2022
My basketball jersey collection got some fantastic additions this week. I now have in my possession, what I consider to be the 4 coolest NBA jerseys out right now.
You may have seen my previous post about buying cheap jerseys on Alibaba. My World Cup jerseys still aren't in yet (at least they've shipped), but my NBA jerseys managed to arrive here in the USA the day that I got back from vacation. That is less than 2 weeks since my order was originally placed.
Usually, shipments from Alibaba can take at least a month to receive here in North America. I think I got lucky with the seller shipping next day and the shipping companies not fumbling the package. The specific store that I purchased from is https://yufajinchukou.en.alibaba.com/. Although they didn't have quite the extended selection of players/teams, they did have the ones that I wanted most, and the quality is absolutely so great now that I've seen them in person.
You can see in the photos that I went with the following 4 jerseys:
- - LaMelo Ball's#2 Charlotte Hornets "City"
- - Ja Morant's#12 Memphis Grizzlies "Vancouver Throwback"
- - Dwayne Wade's#3 Miami Heat "Vice Nights"
- - Devin Booker's#1 Phoenix Suns "City"
I put them in order of which designs I like best, that Ball jersey is my new favorite jersey of all time. I totally love how they included the honeycomb pattern and it has my favorite colors with a flashy new player in the league.
The prices on Alibaba are insanely low. You can't find a cheaper place to purchase jerseys and they arrive nearly identical to regular-priced jerseys on NBA teams' official stores. I went with the swingman style, which has always been my favorite. The letters and numbers are stitched on nicely with these. On average I paid about $16/jersey, that is with the included cost of international shipping from Asia.
Here in the United States, you can expect the prices of basketball jerseys to be:
Replica jerseys $50-75
Swingman jerseys $80-160
Authentic jerseys $240-270
That means that for a price cheaper than a single swingman jersey here in the USA, I was able to get four jerseys. I spent only $63 in total, now that is quite some savings.
I was so freaking hyped to get these in and the fact that they are already here is pretty surreal. I took the notion of trying on each of them so I could share with you here just how badass these jerseys are. The total number of basketball jerseys in my collection is now up to 13.

Devin Booker plays for the Phoenix Suns. He's actually the player on the cover of NBA 2K23 this year. They were in the NBA Finals in 2021.

They are really cool and the NBA shirts are more flamboyant than football shirts. I missed your post about the Alibaba shirts but I'll tell you the deal with them as I buy the good quality 'fakes' here in Thailand. The thing is, the good ones aren't fakes.
My best friend worked in supply chain management in China and found that the factories that produce the goods for the big brands are a little 'leaky' so a certain amount of gear gets onto the black market so when you're buying any high quality 'fake' , youre most likely getting an original. Its also why you can often get kits before theyve even been announced, as in the case of my new Leeds shirt which I got 2 days before it was even launched....we get stuff from China, here in Thailand in just 3 to 5 days.

Thanks, bro! Sounds like you have a solid connection on jerseys too. I actually got the new Argentina Messi kit although it literally just released. I had a feeling that the "fakes" were pretty much the exact same as the official gear. I have never had any issues with the ones I order from Asia, they always have come in looking amazing.
the price difference is abysmal between the originals and those that are not
It's insane that there are many people who are willing to pay 5-10x more than these jerseys cost when buying straight from the manufacturer. And then some of those same people actually think buying straight from the supplier is immoral, when really all jerseys have to come from a supplier at some point. Almost all are made in Asia and shipped over here to be sold at absurd prices. So really if anything is immoral, it would be when places like the official team stores increase the price astronomically.
They have finally arrive, it looks pretty good on you, Alibaba is a nice market the discount is amazing,it just their delilvery time is the issue, but i guess is because of the distance.

They are so damn sexy. Those are my colors. I like them so much more than the pink/blue ViceVersa jerseys, which are also pretty cool.

I am very lucky indeed. I have already been able to wear two of these and I love them so much.
That are pretty fly and definitely pop out...but it seems like the jerseys are getting more into "dank meme hoody" territory with all the bright graphics! 😂
The jersey designs are definitely becoming much more colorful and abstract than they used to be. I personally love it, but I know some are much more traditional and are probably thinking wtf!
