Managing injury is a major part of my exercise routines. To keep active, I often wind back my runs to be a run of 200m and a walk of 100m, or in this case a long morning walk.

In this case I had to wind back as I was feeling a bit sore as I helped my brother move house earlier in the week. I was feeling a little sore so took it easy. Plus the views are amazing!
