Above the clouds - My Actifit Report Card: October 27 2024

Hey dear actifitters and readers,

my Saturday was a brliant day 😎
I had guests over the weekend and we enjoyed the day above the clouds in the sun.

A very good friend came to visit. E over the weekend with her two beautiful children we know each other since almost 20.years.

We used to live together in a shared flat for some years too. Now she's living five hours away and comes for a visit every two years.

We made a plan for a geocachung tour on Friday evening. We had to change the plans due to the clouds in the Rhine valley and decided to go to the blackforest.

We often have temperature inversion conditions in autumn here in the Rhine valley.
Down in the valley it's misty and foggy.

But above the clouds at the top of the mountains we have bright sunshine ☀️

It took us half an hour to drive to mount Schauinsland.

And many people did the same.

We had a wonderful day in late October.

For the children it was the first time to witness this phenomenon.

We did a nice little hike in the sun, made picnic and found a geocache.

And even saw some cows. Later the evening we watched a volleyball match and played areound after the match was finsined.
