Sardegna trip 2024 - Day 10

Hey dear actifitters and readers,

day 10 of our Sardegna trip this year was the last outdoor and hiking day for this year. We visited the Goroppu canyon and did a 5 hours and hike in total with 37k steps tracked by the actifit app 💪

We tried to get up early but finally got up at 8 am. We couldn't resist to have a coffee and some sweets in a bar at the sea.

We had a fantastic view and watched the boats starting there trips to the small beaches and gorges nearby.

At the end of the we had two coffee each and stayed there longer than planned. 😀

It took us half an hour to drive to the starting point for our hike. The route went trough a nice valley with olive trees and vineyards and looked really pretty in the morning sun.

We reached the parking space and paid the 8 € to park the car here for the day.

The path was wide and easy to find. We hiked for two hours through the wood and over the rocky path.

At the end we had to climb down to the entrance.

After the introduction made by the guides we were allowed to visit this amazing place.

We spent about an hour in the climbing over slippery lime stones, taking pictures and bering very impressed by the height of the rocks on both sides.

After the visit we hiked back to the car. We were a bit in hurry as we should arrive at the hotel for next week before 6pm

After reaching our car we changed shoes and drove 1.5h to the hotel.

Two kilometres before we reached the final destination we had to stop to let some sheeps cross the street 😎

And arrived just in time. We'll stay here for the next week playing beachvolleyball and having a good time. 😎
