This week was a difficult week to train due to the weather conditions.
Although handball is played in a pavilion when it rains or the weather is very humid, our pavilion gets very humid and makes the floor very slippery to the point of not allowing you to play the sport.

In Tuesday's training we were able to train normally.
On Thursday we were only able to use midfield because one of the areas was no longer in good condition.
To make matters worse, on Friday we were unable to train because the entire field was slippery.

This week we faced GC Tarouca, who are in last place, making us the favorites for this game.

It was a complicated game starting with the journey we had to make from Gaia to Tarouca to play at 9 pm in a cold pavilion.
Another thing we already knew is that we would be refereed by local referees and the crowd would be making a lot of noise with bass drums.

We managed to get into the game well and at half-time we were winning 11-16.
In the second half the game was more balanced, mainly due to some very questionable decisions by the referees to try to help the local team.

However, we demonstrated great maturity and still managed to control the game and come away with the victory.

With this victory, we continue to take important steps towards the first objective, which is classification for the next phase, where we will fight to qualify for the division above (2nd initial division) and for the title of champion.

Next Saturday we will have a very difficult game against second-placed CD Feirense.
A victory in this game will be an essential step towards our first objective.
