Brawl 2.0 Basic Synopsis

In brawls 2.0 players can use merits (gotten from winning brawls) and crowns to get gladius cards and guild upgrades. Gladius cards do add collection power, but can only be used from the constraints of the brawl arena. And if you are a guild leader you are no doubt holding dec to get your guild's hands on those desirable Chaos Legion cards. But don't neglect the gladius pool, while still early and not particularly utilized it is expected to see some play in the coming weeks. Mark my words. If I get enough merits to open a pack in this brawl I will do a pack opening later this week! How exciting!

As you can see in the banner image, in this particular Untamed only ruleset I am doing rather well so far in this brawl, but 7 of my guildmates are winning even more flawlessly so far. And while any guild member may be able to earn merits they still are not able to be obtained except through rigorous combat. And while I will not reveal my opponents and their strategies etc. as the current brawl is ongoing. I will let you know I am in position 7 in my guild at 100 percent win rate. Pretty good numbers all around, with a complete roster for the frays. Likely we will be seeing a pack opening or 2 within the next two weeks, which means you loyal followers and readers will see a packed opened aswell in next week's follow up post.

Buildings and Why they Matter: No Store, No Merits

If you are part of a high lvl guild or even a low lvl one you have no doubt encountered the issues faced by your current building lvls. However, despite the fact that these building are expensive it is recommended to have at least an arena and guild store at lvl 1 so your members can at least harvest merits for later use.

At later levels the guild store offer benefits like the "spyglass" (a tool for seeing the enemy player picks) and the gladius equivalent of legendary and gold foil potions. The spyglass offers opponent prediction (never to be underestimated), And while this building may not be as important as the guild hall or other buildings. It is needed at lvl 1 to even start building up credits. So expect newer guilds to have an entry fee as they will be trying to get this building done as quickly as possible.

Tournament Drive: Argonm Unsealed Tournament Drive OPEN!

To join this tournament you merely need to contact me here on discord or directly via message. All relevant people will receive the invite and pay a small fee. The fee becomes smaller and smaller, so spread the word. The method of discord verification is to assure that no bots join the fold. Only real prizes for real people. The top 5 regardless of how many people join will receive an "Argonm's Seal" wax nft. This will be used to determine entrants into the final grand tournament after this series of 7 tournaments. Entry into the drive is FREE so why not join in on the fun?

If over 20 people join the drive prizes will be 5 legendary card delegations for 30 days at the end of the tournament and the entrance fee will be 100 DEC. Refunded if a holder of an Argonm's Seal at the end of the Tournament.

If over 200 people join the drive the prizes will be up to 15 epic and legendary delegations for 2 seasons, approximately 10-15 dollars of DEC and other crypto. The entrance fee will be 30 DEC

If by some miracle over 1000 people join the drive prizes will be 20 epic or legendary card delegations plus approximately 20-25 dollars of DEC and other crypto. The entrance fee will be 10 DEC

Gladius Cards Prediciton Giveaway and Memes

Gladius cards, while not encountered in this brawl, can be encountered as early as within the next few brawl sessions. This will allow for a greater field of play in all frays, regardless of current player collection. More tools are at one's disposal for tactical mayhem, I also predict this to lead to new meta counters involving already present cards. Perhaps generating some value or play for unexpected cards in our spellbooks, only time will tell. And while this was mostly a light highlight of the newest brawl mechanics and a sneak peek at a potential pack opening as early as next week, I would like to know what you the public think about these brawls and Chaos Legion and the current climate?
