Hoy, más que nunca, vivimos en una época donde las enfermedades brotan de la nada: virus desconocidos, estrés crónico, ansiedad, obesidad silenciosa... Todo eso nos susurra que estamos descuidando lo más valioso que tenemos: nuestro bienestar.

¿Cómo cuidarla?

No se trata de dietas extremas ni rutinas imposibles. Se trata de decisiones diarias: dormir bien, moverte más, respirar profundo, comer consciente, revisar tu cuerpo con amor. Es escucharte. Es darte prioridad.

¿Quién debería aplicarlo?

¡Todos! Desde el joven que cree que es invencible, hasta el adulto que vive corriendo tras obligaciones. Nadie está exento. Porque el que no cuida su salud, le regala su cuerpo a la enfermedad. Y muchas veces no es por ignorancia, sino por descuido, por costumbre, por pensar que “a mí no me va a pasar”.

Pero si tú estás leyendo esto, ya no puedes decir que no lo sabías. Ahora tienes el poder. Y con ese poder, también viene una elección: ¿Vas a seguir postergando tu bienestar o vas a tomar el control desde hoy?
