My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2024

This morning, I started my day with morning prayers and then went out for a walk. The air is so fresh in the morning, making the walk enjoyable. After the walk, I drank chia seed and lemon water and ate some fenugreek seeds. I got busy with the household chores and then had breakfast at 9 AM.

Today, my younger daughter requested that I bake her a cake.



Most of my day went into baking the cake. My daughter was very happy to see it.

Now, I feel a bit guilty for eating the cake, worrying that my sugar level might increase. In the evening, I went for a walk to make sure everything would be okay. I hope you like my post.
