Ejercicios sencillos en casa para adelgazar rápido (incluye peso) /simple exercises at home to lose weight fast (includes weight)
🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
Salto de tijeras/ Scissor jump
This exercise is super effective to work our entire body doing cardio and once toned. It consists of opening and closing the legs while doing the same movement with the arms, opening and closing at the same time, just like the movement executed by a scissors. We can work this exercise for 30 seconds per series.
Zancadas o estocadas /Lunges or lunges
With this exercise we will position ourselves by moving one leg forward, lowering our body to a 90 degree angle. Then we exchange the leg and repeat the movement continuously, working alternately doing 5 sets of 20 each. This exercise is super effective if what we are looking for is to tone and lower the fat lodged in the part of the thighs. It also helps us gain endurance and strength in the legs.
Zancada con elevación de rodillas /Lunge with knee lift
For this exercise, what we will do is increase the intensity of the reverse stride is to finish it by raising the knee. That is, start by moving your leg back, so that they are at a 90-degree angle and use force on the heel of the opposite leg to push the knee that you have moved forward and up.
Peso muerto rumano/Romanian deadlift
To perform this exercise, place the dumbbells on the floor or in my case 2 packages of flour (if you do not have dumbbells) then bend your knees, move your hips back and hold them firmly. Come up with your back straight, extending your hips and contracting your glutes and return to the starting position.
Puente / Bridge
For this exercise, lie on the floor on your back with your arms stretched out and close to your body. Contract your glutes and abdominal area and raise your hips. When returning to the starting position, go slowly, vertebra to vertebra, so as not to damage your back. This exercise can be done in 5 sets of 10.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible. Without a doubt, exercising helps us in many things, but above all it helps us to stay stress-free and also contribute to our self-esteem and emotional health, so if you are about to start, do not wait for Monday, the time is today.
