🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
Giros en cintura / Twists at waist
To start our routine, we will stand, opening ours as always to the width of the shoulders, being in this position, we bend the trunk and turn your waist to the right side trying to touch the tip of the right foot with the left hand. Go up and repeat, but now on the opposite side. This exercise can be performed in 10 sets of 5 alternately
Abdominales alternado / Alternate abdominal
For this exercise, place yourself in the traditional abdominal position that we do in our exercise routines, already in this position, lift the trunk trying to touch your left knee with your right elbow and work this exercise alternately until you achieve the series or repetitions that want or resist in each routine.
Círculos con la cintura / Circles with the waist
With this exercise we will position ourselves with the opening of the feet at the width of our shoulders, then we will make circular movements with the whole body to one side and to the other in a combined way. This exercise can be done in the repetitions that we want, since it does not need much force and is very effective to define the waist and shape our figure.
Bicicleta / Bike
Get on the ground and raise your legs as if you were on a bicycle and begin pedaling repeatedly, working in sets of one minute per set. With this exercise you can work by the minute or by counting seconds or minutes, as it becomes easier for you to do.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible. Without a doubt, exercising helps us in many things, but above all it helps us to stay stress-free and also contribute to our self-esteem and emotional health, so if you are about to start, do not wait for Monday, the time is today.
