Ejercicios para perder peso y fortalecer los músculos ganando resistencia / Exercises to lose weight and strengthen muscles by gaining resistance
🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
Sentadillas Básicas / Basic Squats
For this exercise, we will position ourselves supporting the legs at the width of our shoulders, always trying to maintain good stability, then we bend our legs a little, taking the knees out of the level of our toes without carrying out. Once we have flexed, we stretch our arms in front to exert greater pressure and we will begin to raise and lower our body, doing 5 series of 20 repetitions, maintaining a respective rest between each series. exercises and the areas we want to work on.
Elevación de piernas alternas / Alternate leg raises
For this exercise we position our legs on the sole leaning on the knees and hands, once we are stable we will begin to raise our legs one by one in a stretched way, always keeping the back straight and without exceeding the height. We can work this exercise in 10 series of 8 repetitions.
Abdominal con extensión de brazo y pierna / Abdominal with arm and leg extension
To carry out this exercise, we will place ourselves on the floor, on a towel or soft element that in a certain way prevents us from mistreating ourselves or slipping. We will continue stretching an arm and the opposite leg to work and we will continually raise it trying to touch the tip of the foot with our hand, then we do it with the opposite leg.
Sentadillas fijas con apoyo / Fixed squats with support
For the execution of this exercise, we will stand, separating our legs at the width of the hips and proceed to lean against a wall, trying to get our back completely attached to it and we will not hold ourselves there for 15 seconds, doing 4 series.
Abdominales con elevación de piernas / Crunches with leg raises
For the execution of this exercise we will place ourselves on the ground and support our body with our hands, leaning back a little, pressing the abdomen and raising the legs looking to flex and stretch continuously doing 15 repetitions.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible. Without a doubt, exercising helps us in many things, but above all it helps us to stay stress-free and also contribute to our self-esteem and emotional health, so if you are about to start, do not wait for Monday, the time is today.
