Hello dear friends and members of the @Hive and @Fulldeportes community, today I am happy and pleased to share with you a new Blog with an outdoor exercise routine that will help us stay relaxed and distracted from all the daily stress, In my case it is very good for me to train outside the home, especially when the spirits have been a bit broken like today, but in the same way I was encouraged to go out and train to show you this routine that we can execute to work the body without the need for elements extras, seeking to tone up and gain resistance in each exercise, I increase the repetitions and series executed more and more, thus gaining improvements in our health and our appearance, which is important to look and feel totally good, to be comfortable with everything we do in the life. 🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
Zancada lateral / Lateral Stride
To start our routine, we will stand, placing one leg in front and one in the back and we will reflect on our legs, keeping them balanced, trying to get all the weight to fall fairly on both legs, once we have executed the movement, we exchange position, bringing the opposite leg to the front and thus we work alternately. This exercise can be performed in 10 sets of 20 alternately
Cuádriceps / Quadriceps
Stand upright and with your legs hip-width apart, bring one of your heels to the buttock and grab them with the help of your hand. Maintain the 20 ”position and repeat with the opposite leg. This exercise can be done in 4 sets of 8 repetitions for each leg.

With this exercise we will position ourselves with the opening of the feet to the width of our shoulders, then we will lean on a bar, wall or fixed object and we will do lifting movements of alternate legs, combining each one in the movements, in my case I start with the combined leg lift, for this we will raise the legs from side to side by turning our hips a little in each movement, exerting pressure on the abdomen and legs. For the frontal elevation exercise, we will raise the legs but in front of our body, in the same way alternately. We can work these movements in repetitions per minute or by series, doing 5 series of 30 on each side.

Extensión de brazos estilo mariposa / Butterfly style arm extensions
Stand up and spread your legs to the width of your shoulders and proceed to bend the trunk extending the arms and begin to make rotating movements with the arms, trying to touch the tips of your shoes with the opposite hand. This exercise can be done in 30 movements doing a single series or two, depending on your resistance or taste.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible. Without a doubt, exercising helps us in many things, but above all it helps us to stay stress-free and also contribute to our self-esteem and emotional health, so if you are about to start, do not wait for Monday, the time is today.
