Hello dear friends, today I feel very happy and motivated to share with you my exercise routine that I am doing daily at home, and they have really helped me to regain my resistance, strength and also have helped me to lower my weight, achieving in turn to harden and reduce the fatty tissues of my body. Taking into account my evolution and small achievements in a short time, do not hesitate to share with you my daily exercise routine to improve your lifestyle, also accompanied by very healthy eating habits, which is extremely important, if we want to see changes in ourselves. , I hope you are encouraged to do it and let me know how it went with these simple but effective exercises. Remember that anything is possible if we focus and maintain habits that bring positive changes to our lives
Rutina de ejercicios para bajar de peso y ganar fuerza y resistencia / Exercise routine to lose weight and gain strength and endurance
Before starting our exercises, we will work by doing a walk in the open air for approximately 2, trying to inhale and exhale air deeply and continuously, this to prepare our body internally and externally, in addition to keeping the blood flow controlled as well as our breathing and heart rate. I do my walks in my urbanism, every morning. at the end I am ready to go home and after hydrating I activate myself as my stretching to continue the training.

We will start by stretching our arms, trying to touch the tips of our shoes. Then we do arm rotation movements and stretches in the same way on a count of 110 in 2 repetitions.
Abdominales con extensión de piernas/ Crunches with leg extension
For this exercise, we will position ourselves supporting legs and arms on the floor. Once stable, we will proceed to lift the leg, making approach movements with the leg flexed towards the shoulder area, trying to touch the elbow. We will do this in series of 20 executing repetitions, with an intermediate rest of 1 minute per series.
Abdominales frontales y extensión de piernas / Front crunches and leg extensions
Once we finish the previous exercise, what we will do is sit comfortably on the floor, bringing our hands to the back of our body, supporting them firmly on the floor, and we will begin by stretching the legs in front, and we bend trying to bring it to the chest without touching the I ground, little by little without losing patience, and understanding exercise to our organism, this is one that requires strength and endurance, so if it is the first time you practice it, give it little by little and go increase the series according to how you go adapting and evolving.
Sentadillas estáticas con un bambú / Static squats with a bamboo
At the end of our exercise routine, what we will do is perform 3 sets of 30 squats, leaving a rest time between sets of 1 minute, incorporating a bamboo, had or stick this into our exercise to maintain strength and balance during the exercises . The first thing we will do is stop giving an opening to our legs, tailored to our shoulders and we will begin to flex our legs without exceeding the tip of our feet, taking into account that the legs must always be aligned in the movements.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that will help you improve your life, obtaining that resistance that we all need in our day to day, for a better quality of life. Losing weight has been so beneficial for me, currently I have managed to lose 6 kilos and a few grams, but I have felt super good, staying active and changing everything in me, now that I decided to change or improve my lifestyle, my days are better And even my hours of dreams are more stable, I have not fallen into depressions and everything seems more beautiful and meaningful, which is very favorable to me.
