Hello friends from the @Hive and @FullDeportes community, today I want to share with you a very good and effective exercise routine to combat stress and help our body stay flexible and with joints free of tension to enjoy a good mood. when it comes to performing any physical activity or our usual exercises at home, to maintain a potentially healthy life, which is very important these days where routine often takes over our schedules. Elevación y giro de extremidades superiores/ Upper extremity lift and twist
To start our exercise routine to gain mobility and flexibility in our joints, let's place a chair in any free or comfortable space in our house, with some soft music that makes us feel relaxed. Once located, we will sit down and begin by doing alternate lifting of our arms and combine it with a slight turn on each side, doing at least 5 sets of 4 repetitions.

Semi círculos de hombros y cuello / Half circles of shoulders and neck
To continue our routine we will sit on a chair, with our backs straight and we will begin to make small circles with our shoulders, pushing them slightly backwards. Then we will begin to turn our neck from side to side trying not to make sudden movements, always seeking to be comfortable in the execution of the movement. For these movements we will do 4 series of 4 repetitions for each exercise.
Círculos con el tronco / circles with the trunk
In this exercise we will still be sitting in a chair and we will rest our hands on our thighs, then what we will do is move our upper extremities in a circle, trying to make our spine go according to the exercise, remembering that we must avoid making very fast movements, since This is an area that tends to be easily injured. For this exercise we will do 4 sets of 4 repetitions simultaneously.

We will continue sitting on the chair and the next thing we will do is raise our arms and we will intertwine them and begin to turn gently, ensuring that our body goes to a subtle rhythm with our turn. For this exercise we can do 3 repetitions and they will be more than enough to obtain an optimal exercise routine at home, with greater resistance and flexibility.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible. Without a doubt, exercising helps us in many things, but above all it helps us to stay stress-free and also contribute to our self-esteem and emotional health, so if you are about to start, do not wait for Monday, the time is today.
