Hello friends of the @Hive and @FullDeportes community, today I want to share with you an exercise routine to eliminate cellulite from our body with basic exercises that help tone and strengthen the muscles and tissues of the body, thus making the fat that It normally tends to accumulate on the legs and abdomen and difficult areas such as the legs, thighs and buttocks causing dimpling of the skin. So for this there is a solution and it is that we must first go to a specialist, but according to what I was able to investigate, a healthy diet is very necessary, the consumption of liquids in large quantities, especially water, and the implementation of physical activity, forgetting of the consumption of fats and foods with a high content of sodium and other elements. So let's start with our routine to reduce localized fat...

🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
*Desplantes / Lunges *
For this exercise, what we will do is move one of our legs to the front with the arm on the same side. While the other leg goes to the rear performing two functions, the first is to support and balance the body, then what we will do is flex both legs from the position we have and lower our body. Then we change the position with the opposite leg and work alternately. For this exercise we will do 4 series of 15 repetitions.

Sentadillas / squats
For this other exercise, what we will do is separate our legs at the level of our hips and flex both legs trying to bring our body down without going over the tip of the feet and basically what we will do is go down and up slowly. Doing 3 sets of 15 repetitions simultaneously.
Contracción de glúteos / gluteal Contraction
In this exercise we will place ourselves on the ground on a flat and comfortable surface and we will flex our legs resting them on the ground. While the arms will be stretched at the height of our chest and we will interlock our hands. Already in this position, what we will do is push our body up with the help of our legs. So we go up and down continuously. We can work on this exercise by doing 4 sets of 15 repetitions.
Patadas laterales / aide kicks
To finish our routine we will do this exercise to finish it in 5 series of 20 on each side. To perform this exercise, what we will do is place ourselves face down in a 4-point or doggy position and we will raise the legs bent on each side without exceeding the height of the hips.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible.
