🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
Extensión de piernas estática/ Static leg extension
For this exercise, we will place ourselves with one leg in front and one behind in the form of a scissor, sticking to the ground, always looking for good stability, then what we will do is place our hands at the height of our waist and we will fix them, finally we will count 1 minute with legs spread trying to balance all the weight on both legs as time passes. at the end of the exercise we can change it and thus we can continuously combine them to work on them.
Abdominal con elevación de brazos y piernas /Abdominal with arm and leg elevation
For this exercise we position ourselves on the ground, placing our legs slightly elevated and bent, while the arms will go in the part of the neck with a light grip. Then what we will do is to bend our trunk, trying not to hurt ourselves, understanding that all pressure and force must be balanced in the abdomen, and legs.

To carry out this exercise we will place ourselves on the ground, lying down, ensuring that our back is straight aligned with the arms that will go to the sides of our body, then what we must do is raise the legs and execute lifting movements with both legs. , we touch the ground and climb continuously. We can work this exercise in a combined and alternate way doing 10 sets of 10 repetitions each.
Flexión con piernas entrelazadas / Interlocked Leg Curl
To finish our routine, what we will do is place ourselves on the ground lying face down, placing ourselves in a swimming position, flexing our arms, placing them across the width of our shoulders. Then we will intertwine our legs and begin to flex our arms, ensuring that all the weight falls on them when executing our push-ups. We can execute this exercise continuously, doing 10 sets of 20 repetitions.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible. Without a doubt, exercising helps us in many things, but above all it helps us to stay stress-free and also contribute to our self-esteem and emotional health, so if you are about to start, do not wait for Monday, the time is today.
