🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
Ejercicios en casa para fortalecer las piernas / Exercises at home to strengthen the legs
We start with the home workout routine by focusing on three exercises that will work different leg muscles: the thighs (quads), calves, abductors, glutes, and hips. With this exercise routine we will be able to tone the entire lower body and thus eliminate accumulated fat and show off a stronger and more toned body.
Sentadillas para los cuádriceps /Squats for the quadriceps
One of the best exercises we can do at home to strengthen our legs is squats. To perform this exercise you must follow the following steps, Stand straight on the mat and keep your arms close to your body. It begins by slowly lowering the body towards the ground using force with the legs, finally going up little by little and going down again, exerting most of the pressure on the legs. This exercise can be done in 2 series of 15 repetitions each to, thus, work the muscles well.

For this exercise we will stand on top of the mat separating them slightly, then we will raise our heels, standing on tiptoe, seeking to maintain this position for 5 seconds and then return to the starting position. Later
We repeat the movement until reaching 15 repetitions of 2 series.
Levantamiento lateral / Side raise
For this exercise we will place ourselves on the side on the mat supporting your head with the palm of the hand.
When you reach the top, slowly lower your leg and, without resting it on top of the other, raise your leg again to strengthen the hip muscles. We can work this exercise in 4 series of 20 repetitions.

As we all know, the adductors are the muscles of the inner thigh and these frequently please lose tone and become very flabby. For this reason, it is very important and essential that we perform an exercise specially designed for this area but which, in addition, will also help us tone the buttocks and show volume and resistance. To perform this exercise, get on your knees on the mat or some padded element, in the puppy position, trying to keep your back straight at all times and with your hands supported in this position, you must raise one of the legs creating an angle of 90 degrees with respect to your body.Then, you should slowly lower your leg to raise it again without supporting it, working this exercise in 6 sets of 15 alternating repetitions.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible.
