🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
Abdominales laterales / Side crunches
In this first routine we are going to work lateral abdominals with the help of a static bar or a wall as support. What we will do is take a dumbbell and we will stand on the side and begin to raise and lower the leg in combination with the hand and the dumbbell, both have to be synchronized and we will slightly incline the torso to work the fat lodged in the abdominal part. We can work this exercise in 4 series of 25 repetitions
Sentadilla estática / Static squat
To continue with the exercise routine, we will proceed to perform static squats, leaning on our bar. To do this exercise, what we will do is separate the legs to the width of our hips and holding the bar we will flex the legs until we lower the whole body and then we go up, exerting the pressure entirely on the abdominal area and on the legs. exercise you can do in a routine of 12 repetitions.
Elevación de piernas Frontal / Front Leg Raise
We follow our routine, and even if you are tired take a little break and continue, let's go. Now we will do the front leg raise, for that we will lean in the same way on the static bar or on a wall, taking distance and we will imagine that there is a bar. The next thing we will do is separate our legs in such a way that we can execute the movement easily without problems, then we will begin to raise our bent legs by pressing on the abdominal part to also work the abdomen and the legs, strengthening and toning them. Combined alternately with both legs, in my case I execute 5 sets of 30 on each side, but you can work with more repetitions or series.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible. Without a doubt, exercising helps us in many things, but above all it helps us to stay stress-free and also contribute to our self-esteem and emotional health, so if you are about to start, do not wait for Monday, the time is today.
