Ejercicios para ganar fuerza y definir nuestra espalda y brazos desde casa / Exercises to gain strength and define our back and arms from home
🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
Tablón inverso/ Reverse Plank
For this exercise, we will place ourselves leaning on the floor, we will stretch our legs in front of our body and place our hands behind our back supporting ourselves in a stable way and we will proceed to lift our body with the support of legs and arms, continuously holding ourselves up for a few minutes. We will repeat this exercise for several minutes in different series, in my case I usually practice it three times, that is, 3 minutes at different times.

For this exercise we position our legs slightly apart and we will bend the trunk towards the front of our body, extending the arms alternately and then bringing them back slightly.
Extensión alternas de brazos con peso ligero / Alternate arm extensions with light weight
To carry out this exercise we will position ourselves the same with the legs apart to maintain good stability then what we will do is bend our trunk towards the front and proceed to raise our object. In this case, I chose a one-liter bottle of water, executing a slight but continuous upward movement. We can work this exercise in a combined and alternate way, doing 10 sets of 10 repetitions each.
Abdominal tipo flecha con elevación de piernas y brazos / Arrow type crunch with leg and arm raises
To finish our routine, what we will do is place ourselves on the ground lying down, flex our legs and proceed to join our arms, raising each leg alternately with the arms continuously, doing 10 sets of 20 repetitions.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible. Without a doubt, exercising helps us in many things, but above all it helps us to stay stress-free and also contribute to our self-esteem and emotional health, so if you are about to start, do not wait for Monday, the time is today.
