Today I will share different exercises that you can do from the comfort of your home. Ejercicios en casa funcionales para generar consumo calórico, gnar resistencia y perder peso / Functional home exercises to generate caloric intake, build endurance and lose weight
🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
Tijeras hacia adelante o forward scissors / Forward scissors
To end our exercise routine, we will execute the scissors forward, placing ourselves in a straight posture and separating the feet that will go forward continuously and at an accelerated pace, hitting only the tips of the feet to the ground. We will work on this exercise in 4 series of 30 seconds to a minute depending on our resistance.
Step up jumps o saltos en cajón / Step up jumps or box jumps
For this exercise we will place ourselves on a sturdy wooden furniture, box or drawer and we will start by raising and raising our body until we are above the surface, then we will repeat the same with the other leg, without forgetting that we must bounce on top of the drawer. We can work this exercise in series of 12 executing 15 alternating repetitions.
Zancada con elevación de rodilla / Lunge with knee lift
This exercise consists of executing a wide lateral stride using pressure and external rotation of our hips. , working alternately and in combination the same exercise. We can execute it in series of 15 by executing 10 repetitions.
Planchas con rodillas al pecho / Planks with knees to the chest
To perform this exercise, stand in a straight plank position, hands outstretched, with your feet resting on the floor and we will proceed to carry out one of the knees to the chest in a combined way, working one and then the other. We can work this exercise in series of 4 on each side, executing 30 repetitions.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible. Without a doubt, exercising helps us in many things, but above all it helps us to stay stress-free and also contribute to our self-esteem and emotional health, so if you are about to start, do not wait for Monday, the time is today.
