🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
Empuje de cadera con botella /Hip thrust with bottle
For this exercise we will lie down on the floor and supporting our legs we will raise our hips, resting on our abdomen under one or two bottles full of water in case we do not have dumbbells or weighted elements. We can work this exercise in 4 series, performing 20 repetitions in each series.
Extensión de piernas con botella / Leg extension with bottle
For this exercise, we will place ourselves on our knees on the ground, supporting our hands in the position and we will place a bottle full of water just at the back of the knee and then we will begin to raise and lower slightly, without forgetting to press the abdomen and buttocks when we are in this position. For this exercise we will do 5 series of 15 repetitions each one working our legs alternately.
Sentadillas con extensión de brazos/ Squats with arm extensions
We will continue our routine with this exercise of squats with weighted arms extension, for this we will place ourselves in the traditional position of squats and we will do the exercise as a bottle, with the only difference that we will extend our arms holding it when flexing. Maintaining balance when executing this movement. We can do this exercise in 3 series of 25 repetitions each.
Zancadas cruzadas con peso / Weighted cross lunges
We will place the legs one in front and one in the back in a crossed way, what we will do is flex, carrying our weight in a balanced way, extending our arms alternately. We can do this exercise in 5 series of 10 repetitions each.
It is an immense pleasure to be able to share this exercise routine that I do daily at home with the intention of continuing to improve the resistance in my entire body and in this way to improve my lifestyle, which is extremely important to enjoy good health. We only need good health, a positive attitude and the desire to eat the world to achieve our dreams regardless of their size, because anything is possible. Without a doubt, exercising helps us in many things, but above all it helps us to stay stress-free and also contribute to our self-esteem and emotional health, so if you are about to start, do not wait for Monday, the time is today.
