Hello dear friends and members of the @Hive and @Fulldeportes community, today I feel happy and motivated to share with you a new Blog with a practical exercise routine to run in the gym or anywhere where it is pleasant and comfortable and where we have a step as a sports tool for the execution of our routine. The gym is really my favorite place to do physical activity because there I can clear my mind and in one way or another I feel motivated to continue striving in each exercise, but from time to time I have to train at home due to lack of time, so without Regardless of the place but the desire to work on our health, today I want to share with you a series of exercises that you can perform with a step or in certain cases on a fixed ladder. I like this routine very much because we work on different areas of our body and we also manage to tone and reduce the fatty tissue that always tends to lodge in our body. We can accompany this physical activity with music and enthusiasm in the company of someone or alone, that will depend on your taste. thus resuming habits that help us to be and feel good and better each time. 🕑 Estiramientos y calentamiento / Stretching and warm-up 🕑
Before starting any movement of our physical activity, it is important and advisable to prepare our muscles and joints, so that they can be ready when it comes to exerting force with each exercise. Then, we will begin by doing a warm-up, and basic stretching, doing the movements on each side in a time of 10 seconds for each part of the body.
Marcha en Step /March in Step
We will start with this basic exercise that will also help us to gain flexibility and resistance in our physical activity. We will start by raising and lowering the legs alternately at a fast pace, repeating the movement in series of 8 in the same number of repetitions.
Pasos laterales en Step / Side steps in Step
To continue with the exercise routine, we will proceed to execute movements in the Step, climbing on top of it and proceed to lower ourselves on the left side, lowering one leg and then the other. Then we will go up again with both legs and we will go up the other right side of the step in the same way with one leg and then the other.
Pasos cruzados en Step /Cross Steps in Step
We start by going up on the side with the leg of our choice and then we raise the other leg placing it just behind the other leg simulating to make an X with our legs. Then we get off and repeat the same step but with the opposite leg and we get off the step again. We can do this exercise in 4 series of 10 repetitions or in repetitions per minute.
*Abdominales en Step/ Sit-ups in Step
For this exercise we will sit in the step trying to tilt our trunk backwards while we support ourselves with the arms in the same step and proceed to flex our legs towards the abdominal area repeating this movement in the series that we want and support.
Es un placer inmenso poderles compartir esta rutina de ejercicios que diariamente realizo en casa con intención de seguir mejorando la resistencia en todo mi organismo y de esta manera lograr mejorar mi estilo de vida, cosa que es sumamente importante para gozar de buena salud. Solo necesitamos buena salud, actitud positiva y ganas de comernos el mundo para alcanzar nuestros sueños sin importar el tamaño de ellos, porque todo es posible. Sin duda alguna hacer ejercicios nos ayuda en muchas cosas, pero sobre todo nos ayuda a mantenernos libres de estrés y además contribuye con nuestra autoestima y salud emocional, así que si estas por iniciar, no esperes el lunes, el momento es hoy. Espero que a ustedes les funcione tanto como a mi.
