#Hive en este post les comparto mi rutina de espalda en casa tomando los instrumentos que estuvieran al alcance, en el primer ejercicio realice unas dominadas australiana con una andadera que era bastante resistente. En el segundo ejercicio realice algunas dominadas en la superficie de mi puerta. y el ultimo ejercicio realice unos super man el cual no requiere de ningún instrumento.

In the second exercise I performed some pull-ups on the surface of my door. and the last exercise I performed some super man which does not require any instrument.
