My Actifit Report Card: February 6 2023

Un día más haciendo mi rutina de ejercicios, note que baje algunas tallas, y me siento más llena de vida, no pensé que está app de @actifit me ayudaría no solo a tener un registros de mis avances, sino entusiasmarme por cumplir la meta propuesta a diario de 10k.

Me levanto a las cinco y media a diario para poder atender a mi hija y llevarla al colegio antes de las siete de la mañana y luego me voy al parque en frente a iniciar con una caminata previa de calentamiento.

Luego hago una rutina de ejercicio, hago una serie de diez con cuatro repeticiones, de verdad que estoy feliz, y los invito a seguir una vida llena de aire fresco, de salud, llena de vitalidad, consecuencias de hacer deportes.

Nos vemos en el próximo informe actifit, en Valencia, con ánimo de continuar y seguir viendo los avances.
