But lately things have been so strange for Flamengo. It seems that coach Tite doesn't know how to manage his players well. Matches at the beginning of the year really excited even the most pessimistic fans and to be honest, anything with a little more effort already proves to be a much better season than last year, which was a real failure.

Yesterday's match, the first game of the third phase of the Copa do Brasil, took place at Maracanã and the opponent was the modest Amazonas. Although it was a lesser team, let's not forget that the Manaus team is the current champion of the Brazilian Series C and this year moved up to the country's Second Division. He hired some experienced and well-known players on the national scene.
With a score of 1 x 0, Flamengo was victorious, but we are talking about the current squad with the greatest financial power in Latin America and the players owe a lot to the fans. Somos movidos pelo bom desempenho no futebol e até mesmo em derrotas, podemos estar “satisfeitos” caso os jogadores pudessem desempenhar um esforço, mostrar que tentaram e isso para muitos torcedores já basta.
Mas ultimamente as coisas estão tão estranhas para o Flamengo. Parece que o técnico Tite não está sabendo administrar bem seus jogadores. Partidas do início do ano empolgaram muito bem até os torcedores mais pessimistas e sendo bem sincero, qualquer coisa com um pouco mais de esforço já demonstra ser uma temporada muito melhor do que a do ano passado que foi um verdadeiro fracasso.
A partida de ontem valendo o primeiro jogo da terceira fase da Copa do Brasil aconteceu no Maracanã e o adversário era o modesto Amazonas. Apesar de que se tratava de um time de menor expressão, mas não vamos esquecer que a equipe de Manaus é o atual campeão da Série C do Brasileiro e subiu esse ano para a Segunda Divisão do país. Contratou alguns jogadores experientes e conhecidos no cenário nacional.
Com um placar de 1 x 0, o Flamengo foi vitorioso, mas estamos falando do atual elenco com maior poder financeiro da América Latina e os jogadores estão devendo e muito para com o torcedor. Apesar de que a partida começou com algumas mexidas feitas por Tite mesmo com algumas ausências como Arrascaeta e Pulgar com contusões, o banco de reservas é bem servido para suprir essas faltas.
Talvez o Flamengo seja um dos poucos times de futebol que mesmo está vencendo, ainda é vaiado pela sua própria torcida. Apesar de fazer o primeiro e único gol com Pedro no início do primeiro tempo, naquele momento para qualquer torcedor já esperava que o rubro-negro iria golear a equipe adverária... mas, ledo engano...
O Ápice do Jogo
Acho que o ponto mais alto da partida foi a entrada de Gabigol no segundo tempo. O atacante conseguiu um efeito suspensivo já que estava suspenso devido seus problemas com a equipe que realiza o exame antidoping. A torcida se animou já quando observou Gabigol retirou o colete e entrou par o aquecimento. Posso até dizer que a torcida comemorou mais para isso do que o próprio gol do Pedro.
Tite precisa urgente voltar a ter o domínio total do elenco e não deixar a moral dos jogadores cair. Não quero nem lembrar das covardias que alguns desses mesmos jogadores proporcionaram em algumas partidas importantes e sabemos que jogador de futebol, principalmente brasileiro tem a fama de se voltar contra o seu técnico e para que possa derrubá-lo, fazem questão de perder para que a diretoria o substitua por outro técnico.
Não acredito que o Flamengo está nesse nível de crise, venceram após uma sequência negativa de duas derrotas e um empate. Então talvez após essa vitória mesmo sem muito “brilho”, possa mostrar novamente o verdadeiro caminho para os jogadores que é o da vitória e claro, com um bom desempenho técnico e tático.
