Sorare.com Week 7 | Tier 3 Limited Reward Card! (+7$ Earnings)

I have highly been enjoying Sorare.com a lot now going into my 3rd year mainly playing in the Rare competitions. Each Week, I'm making an update post on what's happening in the ecosystem and how I'm doing personally.

I did have 4 of my Limited line-ups end with a reward last week while lacking the needed luck on my 3 main Rare Lineups. This got le 1 Tier 3 Limited Under 23 card which is worth around 7$ and some Limited Essense. I'm just 23 of that away from being able to craft a Tier 3 card which is likely what I will do even though it's probably better to craft 2 Tier 4 or even 4 Tier 5 cards. The Card Collection value decline in the past 2 weeks continues and is way bigger compared to the rewards. At some point though, there should be some kind of bottom at least that is what I hope. For some reason, the rare cards also seem to be suffering more than the limiteds.

Also here I mostly just quickly made the lineups and might still do some changes on friday.

Player Transfers & Reward Card

I did buy 1 Rare card and won 1 limited Card.

Thomas Foket: was transferred to Anderlecht as a extra option on the wingback to rival Sardella. From the looks of it he was going to get his chance yesterday which made me take a gamble at him at 0.82€ for a rare card. He did turn out starting but overall disappointed so a missed chance so far.

Season 2024-2025 Owned Collection Value

It's fairly easy to track your personal earnings on the Sorarebase.Football website. We seem to be at a point again where the rewards don't fully compensate for the drop in card values over time as more get printed and dumped on the market.

I am no longer putting outside funds into Sorare at this point and will track my total account value from here on out weekly.

From the looks of it, it will be hard to outearn the decrease in card values as more and more are being put up for sale on the market.

Conclusion

I'm still having a ton of fun with Sorare and I'm highly looking forward to the coming weekend. If I win something or manage to break even I'm already a happy player. Given the continued inflation, this is a game and not an investment.
