This is a weekly overview of my personal sports betting/trading results on teams from the Belgian Jupiler League, documenting my journey toward long-term profit with some insights on my overall approach.

I'm glad that I managed to continue watching the matches during the first days on my vacation as it allowed me to keep up and take some bets in Week 3 that provided some ok profit. While I'm still down on the season, the loss has been reduced to around -2 units so there is a chance for me to still end the season in a profit with 7 more weeks to go.

At the same time, the market remains a challenge to beat and only really the corners have shown a good edge this season and around 30% of my bets so far have been on corners.

Season 2024-2025 Personal Betting Chart

The 3 weeks in the playoffs so far have been good with a total of 1.3 units profit while the expectation was just 0.3. I have been keeping my stakes rather low though.

The full season chart still looks slightly down and far away from what I generally expect but I'll take this type of losing year compared to one where I possibly totally get crushed.
