The main bet yesterday ended in a deserved loss but I managed to cover enough along with having some small live bets to still end in an overall profit even though it wasn't much.

Charleroi vs Club Brugge

Club Brugge in their previous 2 matches actually showed good form despite losing 0-3 and 2-4. Especially in the first 60 minutes they showed good things against Dortmund and they totally dominated the 1st half against AA Gent despite being 0-2 behind. The fact remains that they too easily get goals against right now and their inexperienced coach still isn't helping much. I still see them as a team who should be head and shoulders above the opposition in the league but not reliable enough as they are bound to get goals against. Today they are able to again start with their best 11 starting players. Charleroi so far has had a surprisingly good season and their overall team sentiment is good. They played a 0-0 draw against Anderlecht away in a match where mainly defense ruled on a bad pitch and where they looked tired near the end. They won at home against Beerschot the week before with 3-0 which isn't a proper reference. They lost away in a crazy 5-2 match against Mechelen the week before and at home against Kortrijk they took a deserved narrow win. Overall they just haven't really had a proper test yet which will be the case today. I also have them as a team who plays more defensive against good teams while willing to go forward against the weaker teams. So what I expect today is for Club Brugge to be the better team who starts out taking the initiative while Charleroi will try to break out on counters if they can. Overall I see Club Brugge just as the better team in good form especially at the start of matches despite the FT results while Charleroi is more or less untested. I took 0.25 units on Club Brugge 1H -0.25 @ 2.106 and also 0.05 units on Club Brugge 1H Corners -0.5 @ 1.750 both with an eye to possibly increase in-game. I also took 0.04 units on Brugge Win & BTS @ 3.738
