Saturday wasn't the best day despite the main bet winning as I had too many smaller bets mostly on under that nearly all ended up as losers as goals came way too easily. Still 4 matches to go on Sunday and the aim is to try and find some good bets to still end the week in the green.
Club Brugge vs Antwerp
I still see Club Brugge as the team with by far the most quality in their squad but just like Deila last year, Hayen doesn't seem to find a way to really motivate and get the best out of them. they are now left with just 1 point on 9 and if they lose or maybe even draw today, their coach for sure will be fired. At this point it feels like a gamble believing all of a sudden they will play at the best of their abilities so backing them as a favorite against a team like Antwerp is not really an option. The visitors started the season better than expected doing well on both the xg and xg against. Their coach claims that they are not going to crawl back but instead come to score goals. It's one of those matches where I will just wait and see what happens in-game and I might even not have any bets at all. Club Brugge has more quality and Antwerp has the momentum more on their side.

OH Leuven vs Cercle Brugge
OHL I feels are a team that is better than what they actually belief which is holding them back. They took an ok start and haven't lost yet but could have played and done better. Mainly the lack in finishing power with Ndri as striker who missed multiple 1-on-1 chances has hurt them while defensively they are ok. Cercle Brugge started the season pretty hesitant not finding their form of last season but they gradually improved. They did play a mid-week match and have another upcoming which might add to a fatigue problem. I also feel like the under angle is no longer there. I would make a case for both teams so the Draw No bet line makes sense. If my hand was forced, I would always pick the home side who haven't played a mid-week match though.
No Pre-Game Bets
Kv Kortrijk vs Standard
Kortrijk from what I have seen might once again be in for a fight near the bottom trying to avoid the playdowns. They played matches where they could have taken more but didn't against not the best opponents so far. They are ok when they have the ball bit poor in both offense and also defense. Standard the way things look has a similar fight ahead this season. They clearly lack quality is there isn't any money to do proper transfers and they have to make up for it with a lot of fighting power. So far they managed to do this and their coach has made a mental switch not trying to play his natural more offensive style toward pretty much making sure in the first place they are not giving much away. This however has come at the cost of the chances they manage to create and they rank last in xg at just 0.49 on average so far. both have been rather high on corners with a combined average of 13 a match. I took a very cautious 0.15 unit on
Under 2.75 @ 1.780 and I might take a small stab at the over in corners at higher odds.
AA Gent vs Westerlo
AA Gent so far has not played all too great which again was confirmed in the mid-week match against Silkeborg where they only narrowly managed to quality for the next round after extra time. This possibly will have brought some fatigue and players like Kums & Dean are uncertain. Hong is said to have a deal with Trabsonspor and likely won't play which is another big blow for them. Westerlo on the other hand has all the momentum going for them with some excellent quality play which got them in first place with a deserved 9 on 9 after 3 matches. Things have just been clicking and on average they have 2.82xg. One of their working points is not to drop focus and give a lead away since they did get some goals against because of that. I see a good chance for the momentum for both these teams to just continue and the only real reason why AA Gent is the clear favorite is because of their name and status I would say. Westerlo +0.5 @ 2.052, & 0.1 unit on
