Saturday went exactly as anticipated on the Oostende match and it turned out to be one of those rare times when there was crazy value which I also managed to make really good profit on. All the matches on Sunday look way more difficult and I expect a lot less action today.
Racing Genk vs Anderlecht
Racing Genk is still in the lead and mainly have to focus on finding a way to pick up their form again as they haven't been as good compared to the start of the season.They are now with only 1 win in their last 5 matches never really playing bad or anything. It's clear however that they are missing Onuachu along with some other players that aren't reaching their best form right now. Key player Heynen is suspended while defenders Cuesta & Munoz also aren't available. Striker Samatta will be back today and overall they still have a solid team that never really played bad matches at home. Anderlecht is in full fight for a playoff 2 spot and have matters in their own hand if they take 6 on 6 with a home match left against Kv Mechelen next weekend. They managed to win with 2-0 from AZ putting up an ok performance but also being helped by scoring at 100% while Verbruggen still acts like a total wall not having gotten a goal against in the last 6. The total line early this week was at 3.25 which felt too high but I didn't act on it for some reason now to see it at 2.75. I'm not sure if Anderlecht is going to be willing to take the risks to win at the cost of losing as a draw and a win against Mechelen next week would mean Charleroi needs to win against Genk which is not that easy. This match for me is just too tricky and I want to see the form along with intentions first before getting something in on it. The only bet I'm considering is Anderlecht + corners handicap as they can't just lay back. For now,

Kv Mechelen vs AA Gent
Mechelen has been experimenting with an eye on the cup match which so far has not worked out as a lack of overall quality resulted in them losing 4 out of their 5 latest matches getting 14 goals against while scoring just 3. One of the reasons for these bad results was key player Verstraete not playing as he won't be allowed to play in the cup. This losing streak right now is just the worst way to prepare for the lead and I'm quite sure Mechelen will show the fighting spirit today. Defour also put Verstraete back in the team as he understands that a result is way more important now compared to testing things out. This said, they still just lack quality but they are certainly capable at home to rise above themselves. AA Gent got thrown a bone by Club Brugge who failed to win and are now sure of a playoff 1 spot if they take 4/6 still having to play against Relegated Oostende. They are in between Conference League quarter-finals with a fair chance to get passes West Ham. most of their team is fit and the quality difference makes AA Gent the favorite today even though I'm not so sure that it will be that easy. I don't see the AA Gent defense as the best right now and would not be surprised to see both teams scoring. I'm considering bets on Correct score 1-1 or 1-2 at 4.5+, Both Teams to score @ 1.8+, Gent To Win & BTS @ 3.2+ but haven't pulled any triggers yet. So for now, also

Fc Antwerp vs Kv Kortrijk
Kortrijk managed to ensure their stay last week with a 0-0 draw against Eupen and have nothing left to play for. This can work both ways as in their last away match before they were sure they kind of played as if they had nothing to play for while the pressure being gone might set them free. Antwerp regardless is just the better team and they still can use every point with an eye on the title race. They have been ok but also not impressive lately and struggled to create much against Cercle despite taking a flattering win. So far this season they have been a team that makes the difference early fully controlling the match afterward. This can be seen in their goal ratio which is at 63% of the goals that come in their 1st half at home. So the way I see this playing out is Antwerp being the better team while Kortrijk also wants to play at the start since they have nothing to lose. If Antwerp takes the lead they might continue a bit to make it bigger but eventually, just switch to fully controlling things leaving Kortrijk with not enough skills to do anything unless some major luck is involved. The way I'm playing it is to take an initial 0.2 unit bet on
Under 3.25 @ 1.853 along with a tiny 0.1 unit bet on
Kortrijk +2 @ 1.900 with an eye to possibly increase these positions if Antwerp scores first quite early on. I also took a 50$ Crypto bet on

Union vs Seraing
Seraing is the worst team in the league and already is relegated while Union has shown to be the best team in the league right now. They are in between a Quarter Final Europa League match and their minds for sure will be more on that. I also expect the coach to do some heavy rotation today. So overall it's just hard to justify a -2.5 line since a 2-0 score easily will do. My eye initially was on Seraing Team total under as their expected goals in every match is below 0.38. The odds however have dropped and the only real betting option from here on out would be to bet on a late Union comeback in case they somehow would fall behind. They have shown to be a team that is very much capable of doing this multiple times this season. Union on the 1st half handicap is also an option as I do think they are going to want to finish this match as quickly as possible but the rotation holds me back and I rather wait and see how the match flows early on before getting in. They also haven't been the best 1st half team at home only coming in 10th in those standings.
