Really solid results yesterday in Europe and also some nice betting profit to start this week quite well. Right now, there are just 2 weeks left in the regular season with a lot to play for still for most teams so it should be interesting and I'm looking to find some solid spots.

Standard vs Charleroi

Standard is in 6 place 3 points away from Playoff 1 with a mission impossible to make it there and 6 points clear of falling out of playoff 2 so also little to no chance that that happens. Charleroi is just 1 point clear of Anderlecht for the last playoff 2 spot and they got denied a rematch against Kv Mechelen while they have to play against Genk in the last match. This setup makes me believe that both teams will come onto the pitch with winning as the only real option at some point having to be willing to take big risks. Standard has been a team that is hard to predict as they are capable of the best and the worst. Charleroi has been on a streak where fortune has not been against them winning their last 3 matches. They tend to play on the counter against teams better than them and are willing to go more forward against teams they know they can handle. I do expect Standard to be the team with the most initiative early on with Charleroi more luring on the counters. Standard as a team in their last 3 home matches had 2.81/2.19/2.37 expected goals. In anything, my lean is on Standard to win at above even money and Standard on the 1H corners handicap but I rather just wait and see how they present themselves today before getting in.
