I only ended up with a couple minor Late over bets in the Match yesterday between Stvv and Beerschot which hit for a bit of profit and there are 3 more matches today with multiple playdown candicates.
Kortrijk vs OH Leuven
Kortrijk is 2nd last and 11 points behind on both Stvv and Westerlo who are better teams so there isn't much hope left. If anything, only taking a win would count for something today so they will have to go forward which is what OHL generally likes as they are a pretty grey team with limited offensive quality if they have to make the play. OHL is 3 points clear of a a playdown spot and showed last week that they are willing to grind it out one point at a time as they took zero risk looking for the win against direct opponent Westerlo at home last week in a 0-0 match. They also lost their last 7 corner matchups While Kortrijk Won their last 4 corner matchups. I see it likely for this match to play out in a way where OHL is willing to just focus on defend and lure on the counter while Kortrijk needs to win and go forward which in the end should result in more corners for the home team and them to get taken on the counter at some point. A draw is enough for OHL and I took 0.2 units on
OHL +0.25 @ 1.794 with an eye on also taking a corners bet at some point in the match on Kortrijk.
Charleroi vs Kv Mechelen
Charleroi is safe and can play freely with a still a tiny chance to make it to playoff 1 for which they need the win. So risk will be taken at some point for sure on their side. They have an ok but also not great form after taking a point at home against Genk which was a fair result. Mechelen is in the danger zone with just 1 point clear of Playoff 2 but still a home match left against direct opponent Dender. If they take the win today it would be very welcome but a draw also would not be the end of the world. They also fired their coach Hasi as it wasn't really working anymore as the coach had a lot of frustrations getting in a losing streak. Overall I see Charleroi as the team with more quality but the fact that they will take risk at some point might create and opportunity for Mechelen. So likely Charleroi will take the initiative with Mechelen trying to come out on the counters. I took a 0.2 unit bet on

Dender vs Genk
Dender is really in the danger zone now with just 1 point clear of the playdown zone, a bad form, and and away match still against direct opponent Mechelen in the last week. So it's not unlikely that they need to play in the playdowns and play a test match against the 2nd division team to stay in the league and nerves will be quite high. Today, they play at home against the leader Genk who dropped some points recently with draws against Gent and Charleroi. I'm quite sure Dender would sign for a point today after getting crushed by Union away last week while Genk only really can be happy with the 3 points. I do expect Dender to come out with a tof of work ethic making it hard for Genk on what also is a bad pitch. So I doubt that it will be a walk in the park for the visitors from the start but eventually they should simply be better as Dender likely will make mistakes because of nerves eventually. Once Genk is in the lead, the goal should be wide open for a 2nd goal. So for this match I'm waiting it out expectation better odds and lines on the visitors.
