There are 6 more weeks until the end of the regular season and I'm looking forward to another round of matches to preview starting with 1 match tonight of Beerschot who are dead last.

Beerschot vs Charleroi

Beerschot is 7 points behind on Seraing and they have 1 more match to play. So technically if they were able to win today and against Standard (which is not impossible) they could come within 1 point if Seraing would lose against Zulte. So overall there is still a spark of hope in the short term even though their last 5 games are all against difficult opponents (Antwerp / Club Brugge / AA Gent / Union / Stvv). This makes it so that tonight is another match where taking the 3 points for them is the only real option. Overall though they have shown not to be good enough of a team so betting on them is not an option whatsoever. Charleroi is in 7th place fighting for a Playoff 2 spot but they have been in rather a poor form mainly not bringing enough offensively after Nicholson left and with key creative midfielder Morioka still injured. Beerschot since their coach was fired also no longer had the all-or-nothing approach from the start which created matches with 5+ goals. Right now, there is just nothing what I would be comfortable with and I rather just wait and see how it plays out before potentially getting in. Charleroi is the only real option at this point and if it's a draw late I would consider an over bet sine Beerschot will need to take risks. No Pre-Game Bets
