I'm pretty pleased with the action during the cup matches even though I kept it limited. With +0.4 units profit so far I have a head start for the weekend which starts out with a relegation battle between kortrijk and Westerlo.

Kv Kortrijk vs Westerlo

Kortrijk this season has been a total mess starting out with a potential buyers being scammers who pulled back, Burnley to take over and call the shots when it came to transfers which screwed their window leaving them generally with a squad that is one of the weakest in the league, they also had a coach change and now after only a couple of weeks sacking their new coach looking for another one. They are last in the league but based on the points and what is left in the season the aren't really without a chance. Based on their average performance however it simply doesn't look good. They had a cup match at home and lost against RWDM also. It's not that their bad performances haven't been calculated into their lines as they are only slightly losing against their handicaps (6W-7.5M-2.5P). Other remarkable stats are that 71.4% of their goals at home come in the 2nd half and they are 12-4 on 10 corners or more. Westerlo so far had a horror season after the owners made big investments mainly in very young players. De Roeck never managed to reach the level of last season and he was long overdue to be replaced which now finally happened. Currently they will have just the ones below him taking over as interim coaches. Despite everything, Westerlo was actually a profitable team away gong 3W-2L-3P against their handicaps and they have 72% of their goals in the 2nd half. Overall Westerlo should be the team with more quality, they had a better form before this match and have the coach change effect more compared to Kortrijk and no fatigue factor. At some point Westerlo should be a team capable of going on a run and tonight might very well be the start of this. All this made me willing to taje 0.3 units on Westerlo +0 @ 1.880 and I will keep an eye of to possibly increase my stake and take the 2H over. Westerlo team total over is also an option.
