I only ended up having 2 small bets yesterday which both ended up winning and there are 2 more matches on Sunday to potentially get some action in on...

Playoff 1 Standings

Antwerp vs Club Brugge

The title race is very tight between Antwerp, Genk, & Union with 4 more matches to go while Club Brugge has nothing left to play for and are already working toward next season giving some youngsters a chance. So nerves will be higher for Antwerp but so will motivation while Brugge will be able to play with less pressure but likely also less motivation and the drive to win. Antwerp is a team that tends to do their job keeping a ton of clean sheets while always creating some chances which they succeed to finish most of the time. The previous encounter in week 24 of the regular season ended in a match where defense > offense and no goals for a fair draw. I do expect Antwerp to once again make sure they do not give much away and Club Brugge good enough not to get pushed back too much. I went with 0.3 units on 1st Half Under 1 @ 2.059, 0.1 unit on 1st Half Under 0.75 @ 2.602, & 0.1 unit on Under 2.75 @ 1.827 all with an eye to possibly reduced exposure along the way. Most likely scenario for me is for this match to end in a dry 1-0 and I also took a 0.04 unit bet on Correct Score 1-0 @ 9.307

Union vs Genk

Genk clearly has been letting their nerves get the best of them with a loss last week against Antwerp taking 2 red cards at the end. This makes it so that Tresor won't be available today who is a big part of their offensive quality. They now only have 4 wins in their last 12 even though they never really played bad. The dominance of the start of the season is just no longer there. Something similar can somewhat be said about Union who are at 3 wins in their last 7 matches. Their last 2 matches they played much more with a focus on the defensive end and it could be that the fear to lose from both teams might be higher than the will to win in this match especially if Antwerp fails to win against Club Brugge. However, Genk is a team that too easily has been getting goals agains which makes me cautious. for now I'm just going to stay away and see how the first match of the day plays out. The draw at 3.896 is an option for me for sure but only if Antwerp loses or takes a draw. No Pre-Game Bets
