Greetings @actifit Communityhoday I bring you a special publication, since in addition to using the @actifit application I come to meet my children again after more than two weeks without seeing them.
And from very early on I got active at home with some simple exercises that I do to stretch my body that consist of moving my arms, neck and legs very similar to the previous warm-ups to do real exercises but I don't go any further because the chores of the house are enough to activate me, in addition to the fact that I had to go to the central part of the Los Guayos municipality where I would meet my children again after several days and we would take advantage of the moment to buy some things and spend a relaxing moment watching the square and the clouds They were very beautiful.
I took advantage of the moment of shopping and the walk to do the necessary steps in the @actifit application and thus make this post with a video where I am very happy to be with my children and to be able to share very beautiful family moments.

Saludos Comunidad de @actifit Hoy les traigo una publicación especial, ya que además de utilizar la aplicación @actifit vengo a reencontrarme con mis hijos después de más de dos semanas sin verlos.
Y es que desde muy temprano me activé en mi casa con unos ejercicios sencillos que hago para estirar el cuerpo que consisten en mover mis brazos, cuellos y piernas muy parecidos a los calentamientos previos para hacer ejercicios de verdad pero no paso de allí porque los quehaceres de la casa son suficientes para activarme, además de que debía dirigirme al casco central del municipio Los Guayos dónde me reencontraría con mis hijos después de varios días y aprovecharíamos el momento para comprar algunas cosas y pasar un momento de relax viendo la plaza y las nubes que estaban muy hermosas.
Aproveché el momento de las compras y el paseo para hacer los pasos necesarios en la aplicación de @actifit y así realizar este post con un video donde me alegro mucho por estar con mis hijos y poder compartir momentos muy hermosos de familia.
