Hello Hive Community, especially the Actifit Community, I am present here with my post about my first daily @actifit report; It is necessary to highlight that I come from the hand of @hispapro under the leadership of @yonnathang who together with his wonderful team @kreuter2022 @crisch23 and @frankches Every day they highlight this excellent community and invite us to participate in the initiatives that are promoted daily. Delighted to learn about this wonderful opportunity and to be able to show, through my writings and videos, the importance of having a healthy body and mind.

This day started very normal, like all my days, with health, life, love and I woke up excited because we had a sharing at my workplace, we would celebrate a birthday and eat chocolate cake and best of all we would go to a place where they prepare some spectacular pizzas near our workplace.

So when the time to leave approached, I installed the Actifit application on my cell phone for the first time. To my surprise, it was very easy and fast; So without further ado, I'll show you my journey.

When I leave my home I head towards the stop walking a few meters, let me tell you that if I walk to work it would be several kilometers, which I have done on other occasions; However, today I was not prepared for it, that's why I decided to go by transportation, and on another occasion I will do the tour with my faithful companion, my beautiful bicycle.

I had to take two transports and still walk a long way, taking advantage of the opportunity to make my steps, when I arrived at my work I took these beautiful photos

It had rained a little, so the day was a little humid and the plants were happy; since the weather has been very hot lately.

I took advantage of the moment to take a photo, and I took about a thousand; However, this was the best, so I'm sharing it with you. I tried to make the plant appear in all its splendor and at the same time show my best profile. I think I made it about 80%.

When we left the institution to go to share I took this photo with my coworkers, we were on our way to enjoy a delicious pizza and a delicious cake.

Once the sharing was over, I grabbed my transportation and to continue using the actifit application and stay active with my steps, I decided to take advantage of the cool afternoon and the humid weather and did not take the next transportation that I should, taking advantage of the opportunity to walk to my house. On the way back I found these beautiful plants (remember that we come from a drought and the plants are just receiving the blessing of the rain) and I didn't want to miss the opportunity and take some beautiful photos of them. In the next posts I am sure they will be even more beautiful if it continues to rain.

Hola Comunidad Hive en especial a la Comunidad Actifit hago presencia aquí con mi post sobre mi primer informe de @actifit diario; es necesario resaltar que vengo de la mano de @hispapro bajo la batuta de @yonnathang que junto a su maravilloso equipo @kreuter2022 @crisch23 y @frankches cada día resaltan esta excelente comunidad y nos invitan a participar en las iniciativas que se promueven a diario. Encantada de conocer esta maravillosa oportunidad y poder por medio de mis escritos y videos mostrar la importancia de tener un cuerpo y una mente sana.

Este día comenzó muy normal, como todos mis días, con salud, vida, amor y me desperté emocionada porque teníamos un compartir en mi lugar de trabajo, celebraríamos un cumpleaños y comeríamos pastel de chocolate y lo mejor de todo iríamos a un lugar donde preparan unas pizzas espectaculares cerca de nuestro sitio laboral.

Así que cuando se fue acercando la hora de irme, instalé por primera vez la aplicación de Actifit en mi celular, para mi sorpresa fue muy fácil y rápido; así que sin más, les mostraré mi recorrido.

Al salir de mi hogar me dirijo hacia la parada caminando unos cuantos metros, déjenme decirles que si me voy caminando a mi trabajo serían varios kilómetros, que he hecho en otras oportunidades; sin embargo, el día de hoy no estaba preparada para ello, por eso decidí irme en transporte, ya en otra oportunidad hago el recorrido con mi fiel compañera mi bicicleta hermosa.

Tuve que agarrar dos transportes y aún así caminar un largo trecho, aprovechando la oportunidad para hacer mis pasos, al llegar a mi trabajo tomé estas hermosas fotos

había llovido un poco, así que el día estaba un poco húmedo y las plantas felices; ya que el clima ha sido muy caluroso últimamente.

Aproveché el momento para tomarme una foto, y tomé como mil; sin embargo, esta fue la mejor, así que la comparto con ustedes. Intenté que saliera la planta en todo su esplendor y a su vez mostrar mi mejor perfil. Creo que lo logré en un 80%.

Al salir de la institución para dirigirnos al compartir tomé esta foto con mis compañeros de trabajo, íbamos rumbo a disfrutar una rica pizza y un delicioso pastel.

Una vez terminado el compartir, agarré mi transporte y para seguir usando la aplicación de actifit y seguir activa con mis pasos, decidí aprovechar lo fresco de la tarde y el clima húmedo y no tomé el próximo transporte que debía, aprovechando la ocasión para caminar hasta mi casa. En el recorrido de regreso me encontré estas hermosas plantas( recuerden que venimos de una sequía y las plantas recién están recibiendo la bendición de la lluvia) y no quise desaprovechar la oportunidad y tomarles unas hermosas fotos. En los próximos post estoy segura que estarán aún más hermosas si continúa lloviendo.
