My Actifit Report Card: September 6 2024
Hello everyone, I'm sure you're all good. After having my morning prayers this morning I looked at the mirror and saw that I wasn't as built as before. I used to have workout sessions every morning in my room before taking my bath. These include pushups, squat, lateral raise, e.t.c. But over the past few weeks, I've not had the time for it.
So I decided to start doing it to have a session this morning. Lo and behold, it was very difficult to get back to it. I felt heavier, I could barely do half of what I used to do before. To crown everything, after the workout, I started to feel body pain all around my body.
Due to the nature of my work, I didn't get fat over time but I think I was losing some of my strength. After the workout, I decided to take a picture of myself so that I can compare it with pictures I take over time as I continue to workout.
