Life update | My Actifit Report Card: October 29 2023
It has been quite sometime since I have written a post like this. (I wonder if it will even work!). I’m using the Actifit iOS app. I planned on writing some the other day but I don’t think I made the 5k step count. Is the 5k step count even a thing still? Not sure why I remember that number. Anyway, usually I post about my organ recordings but today I feel like sharing my thoughts about life and things I’ve learned. As a middle aged adult, I’m finding that I struggle with maintaining and navigating friendships. I guess that I wasn’t prepared to lose friends either. In short, adult life can feel lonely even if you have a family and kids. I’m hoping someone can share some tips on traversing this stage of my life. Thanks. 🙏
