Hello all friends;

Today, I rode a bicycle along the riverside road and did some exercise.
I did the exercise together with my friend.
I have been doing exercises every day.
Regular exercise is very helpful for health.
If you are in good health, you will be able to withstand the fatigue at work.
That's why I try to do exercise every morning.
