Hello all friends;

Today's health exercise is an early morning bike ride.
I exercise by cycling along the river with a friend, breathing in the fresh air.
Exercising by riding a bicycle relaxes the calf muscles.
Because there are no houses along the river, you can get more fresh air.
I had to send a few orders at work today.
After sending the orders today, I cleaned the shop.
