My husband played Ultimate Frisbee last April 2 and 3 at Greenfield, Sta. Rosa, Laguna, Philippines. The temperature was around 34 degrees Celsius at that time and if you didn't hydrate well, you could suffer from heat stroke. Thank God nothing bad happened. 😊
